After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to a Google Form. Personal readings have a turnaround time of 4 days from the time that your form is returned. This means that you will receive your reading no later than 4 days after booking. Please do not reach out asking about the status of your reading unless 4 days have passed. If and only if your reading is not completed within 4 days of booking will you be entitled to a full refund. Anyone who rushes the turnaround time will be given a full refund and blocked from booking in the future. Thank you for booking with me and I look forward to serving you!
Nya Jelisa does not offer refunds. Channeled readings are a service that cannot be undone. Please book a reading with the full awareness that the messages that are channeled cannot be controlled and it's best to go into a reading with no expectations. Readings are not meant to tell you what you want to hear, they are meant to tell you what you need to hear. This service is not for entertainment; it is for personal growth. Please be aware that readings can bring up uncomfortable emotions or topics, but these readings are never intented to bring you any harm or negativity.
